Wrnch is looking for a Computer Vision Scientist to join our Research Team in Montreal, Canada. You will work closely with the Development Team to build out the deep learning capabilities of wrnchAI; our human motion capture and gesture recognition technology.

The ideal candidate is a driven and talented scientist with a proven track record of quickly solving difficult technical problems and a hunger to use computer vision and machine learning to positively impact millions of lives.

To be considered, you must have:

  • Ph.D. in Computer vision, machine learning, image analysis or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python

We would also like to see:

  • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks
  • Passion for developing applications in any of the following domains: computer vision, animation technology, video games, computer graphics, AR or VR.
  • Nonetheless, a proven passion for excellence trumps any specific experience
