About the role
As the first dedicated sales representative, you will be given the opportunity to grow your Sales career as fast as QuoteMachine is scaling up and work directly with the co-founders on a daily basis.
We’re looking for an ambitious, performance-driven, collaborative and creative person to succeed in this role.
This is a hybrid position that will cover lead generation to account management and will require management skills as the team grows.
– Engage with potential customers and identify business opportunities using chat, linkedin, cold calls, etc.
– Make product demo with prospects adapted to their needs
– Close deals with qualified leads
– Develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline and lead generation
– Continuously monitor, analyze funnel activities & metrics
– Deliver on quota
– Collaborate with the team to implement new strategies
– Understand and formulate customer needs to influence the product roadmap toward growth
– minimum to 2-3 year of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment
– Excellent customer service and communication skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication
– Fluency in English
– Ability to multitask effectively
– Fluency in french and other languages
– Knowledge of modern sales and marketing tools
– Experience selling SaaS (Software as a service)
